Today PolyEast has posted a picture of what you'll get inside your deluxe edition of Libera's Christmas album. Thank you, Yuki, for the news.
And today Philippines will get their albums!!! Happy happy day for Filipino fans.
There are some new pictures I haven't seen yet. Of course there are some old ones like their Canada tour, video filming of 'Eternal Light', UK concerts etc.
OMG!!! I want that album now!! :D But before that, we want to see how the Japanese edition packing look like. Hope they show some new videos for the DVD.
Happy Birthday, Matthew J
Posted by Charmaine
Guys, today is Matthew J's birthday. So let's wish him!!!
Now he's 11 years old, same age as Freddie :). He may not have a solo yet but I'm sure RP will give him one someday in future albums or concerts. If anyone knows he has a solo in concerts, please let me know, because I may not have said correctly. Thanks.
Matthew, I'm sure you and the rest will become successful in Libera someday :). For now, enjoy your birthday.
To All New Libera Fans
Posted by Charmaine
Since there's no news from Libera at the moment, I wanna share with you a video I made specially for all new fans out there who just knew Libera for the first time. Not just my country alone but other countries too. If Libera have newbies, then there's newbies too for fans :).
The idea came when my college friend (who's taking the same course as me) send me a link that leads to Libera's USA official video from last year. I was kind of shocked that he wants to know more about them. So I gave him the official website and FB page links to him. Of course, he's not the only one I spread to. I had spread Libera to several of my close friends before him.
So, guys, if you have a friend who is interested to know more about Libera, show them their official website or like their page on FB.
What the video above will show you is all the members of Libera. It's more helpful for new fans so whenever they go to any of their concerts, they might recognize their faces and know their names. In other words, besides spreading their music, you can introduced the members too.
Don't worry about their surnames, if you find it hard to pronounce ;).
St George Concert
Posted by Charmaine
Wow! Another concert in the UK. Libera will be performing at St George RC Cathedral on 25th November. Thank you, Fan de Lok, for the link :). Tickets are not available yet. Will find out more details about it soon.
It was in TicketWeb earlier but somehow they had just closed down for no reason. So for those who are planning to go, don't make any plans yet until it's all confirmed. Thanks for understanding.
*Update (30th September) : Good news!! Libera has announced that they are having a UK concert. It will be on 25th November. The concert will start at 7:30 pm but doors will be open at 6:45 pm. Alright!! The site is back now. Click here to purchase your tickets. Thank you, Lauren, for the good news :).
Here are the prices of the tickets:-
30.00 BPS - Premium seating
17.50 BPS - General seating full price
10.00 BPS - General seating concession
Gee, I would love to go but too bad I may have exams in college and I can only go to UK next year for the summer.

BBC 50th Anniversary Concert
Posted by Charmaine
Yep, the BBC 50th Anniversary Concert has started probably last night when I was sleeping. Lol! There are several members who went to the concert like Yuki, Fan de Lok, John, Yorkie, Michael and Momo from Japan, who also went to the Opera show with Yuki.
There are 25 boys performing that night. For JB fans, great news. Jonathan was there :). It seems that Liam was there too. Yay!! Did he cut his hair again? Hopefully the older boys can make it for the Philippines tour this October.
Below are some photos from Fan de Lok and Yuki. Thank you, guys, for sharing with us. Please credit their names if you want to borrow them.

Remember to credit her name if you want to borrow them. Sorry it's just Libera pics only. But you can go to her blog to see more photos too.
Liam did cut his hair!! It's almost the same hairstyle during the Canada concert but nicer this time. And my, is he turning more handsome or what? :D
Yesterday Jimmy Riddle posted a video of Libera and Fuchsia taking their seat during the concert on Twitter. Thanks a lot for the clear video, Jimmy :).
Singapore Tour Next Year?!
Posted by Charmaine
I was introduced by Jenna to a new Libera fan named Tony from Dublin, Ireland. He's also a film maker and he has been to their concert in Dublin and Chester.
At midnight, I was chatting with him on FB, using my mom's laptop. After our hellos and introduction about ourselves, he told me this good news. And here's what he said:-
I was getting to feel excited about it. A tour to Singapore?! That is good news for me and Libera fans in Singapore. But I still feel that he might be lying or something, just like what happen to me with that Harvey guy. So, to feel safe, I ask him again the next day:-
There you are! Rumor about Singapore tour. But Tony's right. Someone who is involved with Libera management must be able to bring them there. Not only that, Libera must make an announcement on their official sites on tours or news. Like I said, DO NOT GET YOUR HOPES TOO HIGH!! Rumors can be false sometimes.
And please, don't blame me or Tony for this, okay?

Libera Word Search (2)
Posted by Charmaine
Let's play another word search game :). But this time is finding Libera's songs instead of the members now. You can see here for my first word search game. All thanks to a fan from the Philippines named Jolina for making the word search.
All you have to do is to search for Libera's songs. It can be new and old. There are 56 in total. Think you can find all of them? :) Watch out! It can get tricky sometimes.
Have fun and happy searching!!

Libera: The Christmas Concert of the Year

The Philippine Entertainment Portal has posted an article about Libera's Christmas concert in Manila. You can read the full article here. Thank you, Jimmy Riddle, for the link.
According to the article, Libera will be singing yuletide carols from their album like 'Joy To The World', 'O Holy Night', 'White Christmas' and 'The First Noel' and the album will be released worldwide in October. I'm not sure about the worldwide thing. Lexi said it's not available in UK and US yet until November. Well, we shall soon see :).
I love the picture they posted in the article. We're missing half of the boys. Maybe the other 14 boys were in the second picture inside the CD along with the picture above. The picture isn't that clear yet. Hopefully we can see it clear.
*Update: Jimmy Riddle has found an article with the same picture but with a better quality. Thanks a lot :). And thanks, Yuni, for posting the photo to FB at first and to her blog. You can read the article here.
Another Video From Frisco
Posted by Charmaine
I found this video from a fan named Tom Abraham in FB. He went to Frisco for the concert and he manage to took a video of the whole meet and greet there. For those who don't have FB accounts or are not friends with him, click here to see the whole video. All thanks to Paulmartin47 for putting the video altogether for him. Credit goes to Tom btw if you wanna borrow this video.
Here, we can see the boys relaxing after signing autographs while waiting to go back to their hotel. Boy, they still are energetic. It seems the older boys were talking about the whole incident during meet and greets. I also noticed Liam holding my card with his left hand while talking to Sammy, Josh, Alex and Daniel, Medium Ben was carrying Nano Ben, Freddie and Orlando playing at the back, Jude sleeping, several boys talking/rocking on the red chairs. Just before they went off, I notice Freddie and Orlando were look like they are playing this game called 'Chi-Gu-Bak' (if I spelled it correct), a hand game which is similar to 'Scissors Paper Stone' but using two hands. I forgot how to play that game.
I may not have spotted that part correctly, please take note of that.
Contents Of DVD and Bonus Track for 'Winter Songs'
Posted by Charmaine
First of all, I would like to say thank you to the Japanese fans for translating what the link Kazuyo gave on Twitter, concerning about the details of DVD and bonus tracks for the upcoming album 'Winter Songs'.
According to the fans, the DVD contains two music clips. One is 'Song of Life' and the other is 'Eternal Light'. That's great news but unfortunately, we all have seen the Songs of Praise version on YouTube and the video is very short. So hopefully we can see the full version. Hopefully it's the picture taken at Primrose Hill :D!!
And for the bonus track, there's a title called 'Jupiter'. Could it be a new song? Well, we shall soon see when the song is out :). Another bonus track is Libera's song 'I Vow To Thee My Country'. Not showing the Leiden concert one but Mao Asada's performance. Yuki said it's a theme for healing the victims of the tsunami and earthquake in Japan. You know, I have watched the performance before on YouTube and she was really good. Thanks to Hagy for the link on Twitter :).
Below is Mao Asada's ice skating performance of the song 'I Vow To Thee My Country'.
Do you think Libera should put interviews of the boys, behind-the-scenes or tour videos as bonus tracks too for the album instead of the just the ones I mention above? :)

Interview With Mark McKenzie
Posted by Charmaine
Do you guys remember the movie 'The Great Miracle' where Libera perform the song 'Benedictus Deus'? Today Jimmy Riddle posted a link on Twitter of an article interviewing the director of the movie, Mark McKenzie. Thanks a lot :).
No Libera member or RP interviewed in this article, although he did mention them in there.
The article has both English and German together. It's quite long, so click here to read the full interview.

Libera Japan 2010 "DON!!"
Posted by Charmaine
Do you remember back in April 2010 where they had a tour to Japan? They had posted a video that Libera appears on called 'NTV Don'. Someone named peanutsac133 has posted the full 14 minute video of the show. It was deleted back then due to copyright. All thanks to Kazuyo for the link on Twitter yesterday :). Please endure the commercials in the video btw.
Around 0:57 and 2:35, I can see our friend, Yuki!! She told us she was embarrassed to see herself in the video. Don't worry, Yuki. If we were you, we would be the same like you.
The part which I miss a lot is when Libera were on their tour bus playing with some cool Japanese toys and their Ponyo dolls. Around 3:08, I can hear Liam saying, "Ponyo! Sosuke! Suki!!" in a squeeky voice :D. Lol! Best one I heard for the first time. His Japanese is really good, I must say. And my, Josh has 4 Ponyo dolls.
Of course, not forgetting the part where the boys sang 'Far Away'. Soloists are Ben and Ralph. After the performance comes the interview. I couldn't understand what the hosts were saying. Ben leads the boys in the Ponyo theme song, Daniel gets the hosts to do vocal training and finally, Ben and Josh say something in Japanese.
What a great video it was. Thank you so much, peanutsac133 :).
Student Discount For Philippines Concert
Posted by Charmaine
For those who are going to the Philippines concert, TicketWorld has posted you can get 10% off your Libera tickets if you are a student. Just show your Student ID to any of the TicketWorld Outlet. All thanks to Lexi and Yuni for the news :).
I think this is only for the Manila concert. For the Cebu one, please contact the Art Council of Cebu for confirmation.
Oh yes. Before I forget. Please take note that this is for over-the-counter purchases, not online purchases.

Stefan in Opera
Posted by Charmaine
You guys probably know that Stefan is playing his role in an opera in Vienna. That's why he couldn't make it to the USA tour.
Our friend from Japan, Yuki, has gone there to see Stefan. She is so lucky to be friends with him and get a big hug from him too. You don't see this during Libera concerts with all the chaperons roaming around. He he! I wonder if any of the other Libera members have gone to Vienna to see Stefan perform too.
He told her that he'll be singing on the 19th and 24th of September. And good news for filipino fans. He's coming to the Philippines for the tour this coming October!! :D
Enjoy your trip to Vienna, Yuki :). Can't wait to hear your review about it.
*Update: Yuki has just posted her review from the premier of the play "The Turn Of The Screw" here. Below are her quotes with Stefan (who did not perform that night, but later) and some photos from the theatre. But I'll only put a few. Go to her blog to see more. If you wish to copy them, please ask her permission first. Thanks.
Yuki : You became thin! (REALLY!!!)
Stef : THANK YOU!:D (lol) And…
Y&S : Taller!!! (REALLY!!!)

Philippines Concert Poster and Teaser
Posted by Charmaine
Hello all. Sorry I have not been blogging so much. I was on a holiday in Penang for 4 days. Well, I'm back now in Kuala Lumpur.
As you all know, PolyEast has made an official poster and a teaser for this coming concert in the Philippines. The poster looks pretty nice but something is seriously wrong in the picture. If you see the picture behind the five boys in front, you'll realise that they replaced JB with Josh. The picture behind was taken from the Canada photo gallery. I don't understand why they removed JB but I feel it's wrong. Most of the fans feel the same way too. I then wrote an e-mail to Libera 360 for the mistake. Hope they got my e-mail.
Anyways, below is the teaser video. Hope you like it :).
*Update: Libera 360 has renewed the poster and posted JB in the middle. Now the poster is perfect and corrected :). Well, mistakes always happens, do they?
