Song of Life on Japanese TV Show

Here are some great pictures from the Japanese TV show I mention earlier. No one has posted the video from this TV show to YouTube yet but hopefully we will see it soon. Credit goes to YukiBOL for uploading these pictures to her blog.
Of course, after this video, they have a music clip of Song of Life. And the MC saying, "They'll come to Japan next April". What a happy day for Japanese fans indeed.

Miracle of Life on Japanese TV Show

A huge thank you to Yuni (madinelover) for telling this news in her blog and to hagy and Fan_de_Lok for telling in the forum.
EMI Japan has announced that a show named E Morning will introduced Libera and their talk about the Miracle of Life cd. A comment video from Libera will also be shown as well. Oh boy! I can't wait to see it or if someone will upload it on YouTube.
It's also a great opportunity for Libera to spread their music to Japan after what happen in the last few months.

Rumor About Philippines Tour

I don't know if this rumor is true but Mrs Guzman told me on FB that Libera is coming back to the Philippines this October. This should be great for all Filipino fans out there. I'm happy for them. But a little reminder, guys. Don't get your hopes too high yet. You never know rumors can be true or false. Just wait patiently for Libera's announcement after their summer tour.

Libera's Summer Tour to the USA

Calling all Libera fans from America!! Libera has just made their following notice today:-

We are delighted to announce that we expect to tour in the USA in the Summer. We will be performing in the Twin Cities, the Windy City, the Gateway to the West and the Lone Star State.



- Minneapolis MN on 24th and 27th July
- St Paul MN on 29th July
- Chicago IL on 31st July
- St Louis MO on 3rd August
- Frisco TX on 7th August
- Houston TX on 9th August


We will announce details of venues shortly.

The fans there must be so lucky. Even Lexi and Rebecca won't even have to leave their hometown just to see them. But I'm pretty sure Lexi and Lauren would want to go to the other concerts, not just Chicago alone. But good for them. I hope to receive the package from them soon :).
For me back here, it's impossible for me to travel to US just to see them. Sigh! But I do believe one day they'll come here to Malaysia or if I'm lucky enough to go to Philippines for their concert. Don't give up hope, Asian fans. Libera will come back to Asia someday. Just wait and see :).

Why Libera360 Has Closed Down?

Great news. The admin of Libera360 site has explained why it has closed down. Here's his message:-

"The answer is simple: We are a nonprofit site. When we started, the site was hosted on a regular shared hosting where we pay just $4.00 per month. But as the site grew the demand for hosting space and bandwidth increased and therefore a regular shared hosting is no longer possible. This explains why we were suspended from at least 3 shared hosting providers – for going over the bandwidth limit. The only solution available for Libera360 is to move to a Dedicated Host. But this kind of host is not cheap, they go for $180.00 per month, but through the generosity of some community members this is slowly becoming a possibility for our site. Currently we are in the process of doing just this, and hopefully we can sustain this for a very long time."

Well, I hope the site will go back to normal again. I can't wait to see everyone again.

The Greatest Miracle Trailer

A huge thank you to Jimmy for the link in Twitter. The Great Miracle movie trailer is out now, and it's in English too. It was previously in Spanish. I'm glad they dubbed it. You can also hear Libera's song, 'Benedictus Deus' in there.

Happy Birthday, Cassius

Just before my birthday tomorrow, it's Cassius' birthday :D!! Wow! He and me have the same birthday next to each other. How lucky I am :). He used to be quite short but now he's grown taller. Pretty big for a 10 year old kid.
Anyways, enjoy your birthday, Cassius.  I miss your meow and Donald Duck sounds.

Libera Anime Artwork

Hi all. Do you watched Japanese anime shows before? Well, here's a nice drawing sketch by symphonica7's friend, Miss Fuji Takashi. She gave it to him as a gift. Isn't it nice? The drawing is sketched from one of Libera's Peace photoshoots.
In my opinion, the drawing is much more different than the original photo. You can see their faces much more nicer and their cheeks were so pink!! Love their hairstyles, just like those kawaii anime boys. Josh and Liam look handsome in this drawing. Anyone agree?

Happy Birthday, Matthew R-A

Thank you for those who reminded that today is Matthew R-A's birthday. I almost forgot about his birthday after coming back from college. Whew!
There are two Matthew's in Libera. So I'll just put his surname together, to avoid confusion.
Anyways, now he's 12 years old!! Same age as Henry :D!! Good luck with your solos for the concerts. Keep singing. Hopefully you'll get some solos in the future album.

EMI Japan Interview

Hooray!! Another interview. What a great moment to watch and enjoy after one foundation test yesterday and marketing fun in class today. First is the Salt + Light interview, now this. A huge thank you to Jimmy Riddle for telling this news in Twitter.
Ralph felt kind of sad when Japan has the recent earthquake and tsunami. He loves Japan! I think most of the members do.
Of course, they were interviewed about the drama 'Madonna Verde' and wanting to make people happy with the new song.
The funniest part of the video was that Kavana was describing about the Japanese food was delicious, Ralph suddenly said, "The streets were so clean!!" Ha ha! Good one, Ralph. Cassius loves the design of the buildings. Now Cassius is beginning to talk a lot. Keep it up :).
And best of all, the Royal Wedding was asked as well. I love Ralph saying,"Well done, Will!!" while clapping. Ah yes, well done indeed. Lol!
I love the last part of all. Each boys say a message to Japan viewers. And Kavana saying his speech. And they're all waving at the end of the video. How lovely.

Interview on Salt + Light

Alright! Finally the moment we've been all waiting for. Salt + Light has posted an interview video, featuring three members from the group, Freddie, Liam and Kavana. I've been dying to watch this interview ever since they posted the pictures here. Thank you, Jimmy Riddle from Libera Dreams fan forum for this news :).
There are three songs in the video which are Sanctus, Love and Mercy and Sempiterna.
Well done to Pedro, the interviewer, for saying the boys' full name. Ha ha!! :D
I like the way they mention Libera is a boy group, instead of a choir. And did I hear Liam mention Westlife? Cause they're my favorite group I like to listen. He he!
Of course they did mention the encore song from the Philippines, which is Bayan Ko. Though they didn't named that song.

My Libera Besties

While we wait for news from Libera, I might as well put up my besties. Although I have a best friend here in Malaysia, that doesn't mean my Libera friends can't be the best. They're my good friends I've made so far, though I don't talk to some of them much on FB, Twitter or e-mails.

Chix and Thelma are the first friends I met in Libera 360, if you remember from my Libera story. They make me feel welcomed :). The first blog I discover was Inna's blog called DearMadine, before she changes her blog title. I like her review from the Crystal Cathedral concert.
Then later I knew Lexi and her mom, Lauren, from their awesome blog, Mini Angels. And I befriended them.
Of course, I also met Hagy, Rebecca and Lala too. They're very friendly.
I discover Rebecca's blog, Libera Forever, just before I befriended her in MSN. She finally gets to go and see Libera in Epsom and Hamilton. I'm so happy for her.
Hagy has followed my blog and she's a great helper of translating Japanese words to English. I do thank her for that.
I befriended Lala recently in FB after I came back from my field trip. I like her videos from Dallas, Fort Worth, London and Beverley concerts. I'm sure we'll be great friends.

Well, having friends is the best gift ever, no matter how you look like. Sometimes we have a misunderstanding or arguments, but we'll always come back together. I hope to see you girls in future concerts too. You all are the best Libera friends I've ever had :). It's all thanks to Libera and their music♥

Happy Birthday, Jakob

First it was Henry's birthday, then now on the same month, it's also Jakob's birthday :D!! As you all know, Jakob is Josh's, Sam's and Alex's cousin.

I'm glad he has a solo in the Peace album, which is 'Lead, Kindly Light'. Today he's officially 14 :)!!! Hopefully you can do more solos for the next album in the future, Jakob :). Continue singing and enjoy your birthday.

Libera's Message to Japan

Today Libera posted a short video clip in the NHK website for the drama Madonna Verde. It's nice to see Barney there. The boys were really kind to their fans there due to the difficult time they had recently. Really inspired message, boys :). I'm pretty sure the people there are touched by their message and the song too. Arigato, hagy, for the link and Mini Angels, for posting it to her blog.

Libera Hoodies and T-Shirts

How would you like to wear something that says "I ♥ Libera" or just "Libera" alone in English or other languages? Well, if you're interested, you can have a look on the fans' ideas below and make one for yourselves for Libera's concerts.

Here is a white hoodie made by Rebecca. It looks similar to the one Libera always wear during their time off.

Here is a t-shirt similar to Rebecca's hoodie, sketch by a Filipino fan named Xyrah. It's really nice. Perhaps our fellow Filipinos would come up something like this for Libera's concert there.

Last but not least, a t-shirt that says "Libera" in Korean made by Korean fans. The boys also receive this shirt during the concert last year in April. Lucky Inna got this t-shirt from one of the fans there.

Congrats to Inna

As you know, Inna is also known as DearMadine, who owns the blog called 'BEAUTIFUL STRANGERS'. First of all, I would like to say congratulations on getting her bachelor's degree. I'm not sure for what course she's taking. And not only that, she also gets the new Miracle of Life cd from her ex-Japanese roommate and the Canada concert program book as her graduation gifts.
Well done, Inna. I'm proud of you :). I wish you every success.

Venus in Eros

OMG!!! Guess what? Libera will be starring in a film at last called 'Venus in Eros'. I knew they'll be in films someday. Well, my prediction came true. All thanks to Furby from Libera Dreams fan forum for the news :D!!
They included a few of the members to be in the film, mainly younger ones. They are Freddie, Kavana, James, Stefan, Daniel, Barney, Ralph and Cassius.
Here's the story taken from the website:-

"In a deep forest, the statue of Venus stands alone.



The winter snows end and the ice melts into the river.


As the spring arrives two other statues, David and Eros, are


installed besides her. Venus instantly falls in love with


David.






During the summer Venus falls asleep in the moon light.


While dreaming Venus becomes human and realizes David also


loves her. In a fit of jealousy Eros shoots an arrow at a


sculptor to control his mind to destroy the statue of Venus.


The love triangle dramatically alters into a tragedy.






Time passes by. Falling golden leaves in the forest turn into


falling snow. At Christmas Eve seven angels visit the forest


and sing for Venus and shake hands saying 'Merry Christmas'.


After the angels disappear the falling snow changes into a


storm. The storm changes her fate completely."

Before I forget anything, we fans (and me, of course) would like to wish Jonathan's younger brother, Henry, a happy birthday :D.

It's sad that you don't have a solo yet, but that's okay. I'm sure RP will give you one in the future. BTW, you got a lovely smile like your brother :).

Now you're 12 years old. Almost a big boy now, eh? He he! Anyways, have a blessed birthday :).

It seems that Libera has updated their official music video of Song of Life into a full video. But well done, guys. Funny, that I only saw Josh and Ben. Didn't get to see the rest of the older boys like Liam, Jonathan, or Tiarnan. But that's okay. They'll have to filmed the younger ones soon as they will also be taking over. Good job, Ralph. OMG!!! Their official music video Song of Life is out!!! AAAHHHH!!!
But I gotta admit, Ralph's voice is as amazing as ever. Love the background as well.

Congratulations, Flynn

Remember Flynn Marks, a former member of Libera? Now, he has become successful in singing just like Stefan eventhough he has left Libera. Here's the news about his success,

"Congratulations to Flynn Marks who achieved a Distinction in his singing class at the Coulsdon and Purley Music Festival on 19 March. Flynn won his class with the only Distinction awarded, and a few days later was asked to sing at the festival prize-giving concert where Flynn was presented with the Overall Solo Singing Cup for under 18s for all singing classes in the festival, beating off some stiff competition from many other outstanding young singers. Congratulations Flynn!!"
