Lullabye + Lyrics

While waiting for new stuff from Libera and my Peace Deluxe cd, I would like to share with you this new video from the Peace Deluxe cd. It's called, ''Lullabye''. The soloist is Josh Madine. Here's what you'll see in this video:-

In the first scene, we see a lady in a black dress, going up the stairs and into the bedroom, which has no mattress on top.
In the next scene, we see Josh and the other boys (just a few of them), in some kind of orphanage with the school mass lady behind the door. Josh is the only one singing the solo. We can also see him holding a music book, Henry and Kavana playing with the toy yacht and Ben helping the other mini ones get ready for bed. How sweet of him.
As I watch further of the video, I realise the boys going to bed has a meaning. Josh was actually reflecting back at what he has done so much during his old times in Libera. I love Carlos' teddy bear. So cute ><
Of course, that scene wasn't the only one that's sad. Now it comes to the part where all the boys grew up to become men, going to war and all of that stuff. Example, a few of the boys fighting for England (I'm not so sure about that one) and Ben and Josh going to war (just like WWII) , where they died. What a sad scene indeed.
Back to the present times, we see the same lady in the black dress, walking around her boys' bedroom, reflecting on what they did when they're alive back then. As she pick up Josh's song book, she turn around and saw Josh singing. On the left hand side was Mini James, throwing down some orange flower petals. I have no idea what is that for. In the end, we see the lady leaving the room with the same petals on the ground and disappeared.

I really love this video. I sometimes hear it before I go to bed. Though is sad, but it cheers me up. And guess what? This music has just taken my nightmares away from the night before. I was so grateful. Thank you, Libera!! You're the best!!! :D I wish I coud repay you.

Here's the lyrics for this song, if you don't know what they're singing ;)

Good night, my angel
Time to close your eyes
And save these questions for another day
I think I know what you've been asking me
I think you know what I've been trying to say
I promise I would never leave you
And you should always know
Wherever you may go
No matter where you are
I never will be far away

Good night, my angel
Now it's time to sleep
And still so many things I want to say
Remember all the songs you sang for me
When we went sailing on an emerald bay
And like a boat out on the ocean
I'm rocking you to sleep
The water's dark and deep
Inside this ancient heart
You'll always be a part of me

[Harmonizing]

Good night, my angel
Now it's time to dream
And dream how wonderful your life will be
Someday your child may cry
And if you sing this lullabye
Then in your heart
There will always be a part of me

Someday we'll all be gone
But lullabyes go on and on
They never die
That's how you and I will be
